What are your standard shipping and delivery options?

We offer standard curbside delivery, white-glove in-home delivery, and professional installation services. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and stock availability.

Do you offer haul-away services for old appliances?

Yes, for a small fee, we can remove and environmentally recycle your old appliance when your new one is delivered. Please select the 'Haul-Away' option during the checkout process.

What is your return policy for major appliances?

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For items that have been opened or installed, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note that damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Do the appliances come with a manufacturer warranty?

All products sold at Appliance World are brand new and include the full manufacturer’s warranty. We also offer extended protection plans that cover parts and labor beyond the initial warranty period.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our delivery partner's portal where you can monitor the real-time progress of your shipment.
